Electric Car Concept Design in the Future
We don't even feel that this era is the modern and new era that everything has changed and increasing more technology and expansion, So as the technology of cars that use the electric as a source of the energy of the machine, we also even surprised with other car technology with battery cars that surprised many people and make them proud, and now it's time for electric cars. I actually love, surprised and proud with this evolution of modern technology, if in the several times passed cars and other vehicles just rely on the wheel as the tools but in nowdays this time they make a very amazing innovations, it's electric vehicles, just like my older post ago about electric motorcycles and fastest motorcycles in the world, this time I will share for you about this of electric cars.
What Is An Electric Car?
An electric car is powered by an electric motor instead of a gasoline engine. The electric motor gets energy from a controller, which regulates the amount of power—based on the driver’s use of an accelerator pedal. The electric car (also known as electric vehicle or EV) uses energy stored in its rechargeable batteries, which are recharged by common household electricity. Unlike a hybrid car—which is fueled by gasoline and uses a battery and motor to improve efficiency—an electric car is powered exclusively by electricity. Historically, EVs have not been widely adopted because of limited driving range before needing to be recharged, long recharging times, and a lack of commitment by automakers to produce and market electric cars that have all the creature comforts of gas-powered cars. That’s changing. As battery technology improves—simultaneously increasing energy storage and reducing cost—major automakers are expected to begin introducing a new generation of electric cars. Source
Electric cars produce no tailpipe emissions, reduce our dependency on oil, and are cheaper to operate. Of course, the process of producing the electricity moves the emissions further upstream to the utility company’s smokestack—but even dirty electricity used in electric cars usually reduces our collective carbon footprint.
Another factor is convenience: In one trip to the gas station, you can pump 330 kilowatt-hours of energy into a 10-gallon tank. It would take about 9 days to get the same amount of energy from household electric current. Fortunately, it takes hours and not days to recharge an electric car, because it's much more efficient. Speaking of convenience, let's not forget two important points: charging up at home means never going to a gas station—and electric cars require almost none of the maintenance, like oil changes and emissions checks, that internal combustion cars require. Hybridcars
Electric motors develop their highest torque from zero rpms—meaning fast (and silent) zero-to-60 acceleration times.

The Red Rimac Concept One is at the IAA 2011 in Frankfurt, where it ensures quite a stir. Stephan Bähnisch Sporty electric cars are already in series: The Tesla Roadster or the Fisker Karma solvent customers already enjoy with a green touch. An electric car with 1088 hp? The Croatian designer Rimac shows how to walk it. But now is the upper hammer at the IAA 2011 in Frankfurt.
The Croatian designer Mate Rimac with the Concept One has developed a tramp, who appears to be from another planet. Key data of the first-flyer let your ears ringing: 1088 hp, 3800 Nm of torque, 0 to 100 km / h in 2.8 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited at 305, according to Rimac km / hr. Each of the four wheels are driven by a separate, liquid-cooled electric motor. The batteries are said to provide 92 kW / h, which is more than ample.
But the Rimac Concept One should not just go like hell, but come with charged batteries and still 600 miles away. Sounds great, but is not really realistic. Packaged in a typical study, the super athlete’s dress: flat line, long hood, wide slippers and plenty of weight-optimized carbon as a bonus to the unusual potency of Croatia’s current show. Red and white leather interior dominates, combined with copious amounts of carbon. 88 Exemlare give it to, starting in 2013 will begin shipping Rimac.

Apparently the Frankfurt Motor Show still keeps strange and exotic cars, namely Rimac Concept One. Interestingly, it was Croatia who created the vehicle manufacturer tersrbut first time for a show. This time Rimac Automobili presents electric supercar with outstanding ability.
Imagine, a 1073 hp power generated from batteries that parses the electrical energy to the four sources of energy. In every energy source that is located on all four wheels, each having a motor, inverter and gearbox reduction. No wonder, if the Rimac car concept classifies as 'All Wheel Torque vectoring'.
Another advantage, each wheel is supported by the motor can be independently set the acceleration and deceleration at any time to adjust the driving style of the driver's option contained in the cockpit.
Based on trial results, which were created acceleration 0-100 km / h in just 2.8 seconds. The figure is not directly threaten the achievements made by the Bugatti Veyron (2.41 seconds). The maximum speed reached 304 km / hour, still far than the Veyron who scored 431 km / hour. With such a record was achieved Veyron in the Guinness Book of World Records is still safe. Cruising range of batteries weighing 1650 kg is when fully charged can travel as far as 600 km.
To get power to weight ratio is good, my entire body wrapped in carbon fiber, designed by Adriano Mudri. While the cabin space was designed by Pininfarina brainchild of a former employee.
Cars produced in the outskirts of Zagreb, Croatia, will be putting out 88 units that can be enjoyed in 2013. For matters of pricing, according to Mate Rimac as company bosses, still in the selling price range Bugatti, Pagani and Koenigsegg.
